Production Officer
  • Candidate must possess at least Degree/Diploma in Electronic/ Electrical field with minimum two(2) years experience in Electronic manufacturing field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Assistant Manager, Finance
  • Responsible for timely preparation of management accounts and financial reports, analyse and report variances to facilitate management decision-making.
  • To prepare annual budget, profit and cashflow forecasts to facilitate the tracking and monitoring of the financial situation.
  • To keep an accurate record of all daily transactions.
  • To liaise with both internal and external parties including auditors, tax agents, tax authorities, company secretaries, government bodies for statutory and legislative requirements.
  • To proactively identify key issues and opportunities and make value-added recommendations to management on financial and non-financial matters.
  • To undertake other ad-hoc corporate assignments as may be required from time to time by the management.
Test Failure Analysis Engineer
  • Perform electrical failure analysis for Manufacturing, Quality & customer failure units .
  • Review summarize report source of failure, either HW,SW, assembly process, handling, test setup etc.
  • Perform simulation and evaluation, duplicate failures detected in the field and provide Root Cause Analysis report.
  • Responsible, coordinate and deliver daily Failure Analysis WIP turns around for daily Production fulfillment inclusive of Inhouse Assembly and Outsource Sub Assembly.
  • Participate Customer’s meeting and present on the failure analysis finding, root cause and provide effective RCCA & related preventative action. When require.
  • Communication with Product Development, Engineering team for any unknown, Hardcore failure for resolution within the shortest time.
  • Responsible to update and maintain the Cookbook for Debug, manufacturing, quality failures including verification status of Customer RMA data base system.
  • Maintain Failure Analysis Data pool, generate/enhance Failure Analysis Guideline to improve productivity and accuracy.
  • Drive for yield improvement with various departments such as Production, Test/Process, Quality improvement for workmanship, test coverage enhancement, test accuracy, Supplier Quality Improvement.
  • Constantly provide Continuous Improvement, Kaizen project and DMAIC.
  • To follow up and meet internal, external and customer requirements/audits.
Admin Officer/ Executive
  • Responsible for HR day-to-day operations including recruitment and termination, induction and orientation, and industrial relations
  • Responsible for learning and development, such as TNA, liaise with training provider, HRDF grant and claim applications, etc
  • Handle foreign worker work permit application
  • Administration of employee’s insurance benefits, medical benefits, and SOCSO claims
  • Liaise with external parties, regulatory bodies, and partners, such as Labour Office, EPF, SOCSO, DOSH, DOE and etc.
  • Manage employees related matters, such as employee discipline, performance and grievances
  • Ensure document and records for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949, and ISO 45001 are prepared and maintained as per Quality Management Systems, audit requirement and client requirement.
  • Preparation of Admin/HR Reports.
  • Ensuring legal compliance.
  • Taking responsibility, participating, or supporting ad hoc HR projects or employee activities as needed
  • Manage the full spectrum of canteen, transportation, security, and cleaning.
Production Control Officer (PC Officer)
  • Detailed planning to Production Master Planning (Order Loading & Adjustment) which involving of consideration to manpower, equipment, materials, locations, or facilities such as outsource strategies.
  • Planning, scheduling and coordinating production of the company’s products. Prepare and providing timely Production Monthly & Weekly Planning to related departments.
  • Processing order verification and commit customer order to Sales department promptly. Maintain ERP system for planning requirements resulting in optimization of planning operations.
  • Collaborate and execute to perform all logistic activities and resolve all availability issues after review meeting of capacity loading.
  • Control of production output and review to production assembly status with Production on data performance to plan.
  • Weekly meeting discussion of order commitment with related department representative regarding delivery schedule and raise amendment to Sales if needed.
  • Following sales orders and managing shipment quantities control.
  • Participating new project meeting and providing schedule of new project in support of program execution successfully for on time delivery.
  • Managing outsource of sub-contractors commitment review and loading of orders. Perform documentation to custom application, material incoming reject and replacement action to sub-contractors.
  • Control of sub-contractors incoming delivery and follow up MRB quality rework status in completing customers’ orders.
  • To carry out other assignments as and when required by superior.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 compliance requirements.
Logistics Manager

Main Responsibility

  • Perform tasks assigned by the immediate superior in accordance to the specification and schedule.

  • Oversee logistic department’s daily activities, such as receiving, storing, retrieving, kitting in assembly line, external work bench, and production schedule planning.
  • Maintain consistency in data entry, inventory accuracy and up-to-date, and resolve variances with justification.
  • Establish the master plan and monthly production plan by converting demand (forecast, customer orders, customer schedules, commercialization timeline, etc) into a feasible production plan to ensure matched sets of materials and capacities are available to meet the customer needs in a cost-effective and production efficient manner.
  • Drive on-time delivery (OTD) to align with targeted timeline to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with Production, Sales, Shipping, Procurement, Purchasing, and MC teams to ensure compliance with store activities requirements.
  • Ensure efficient space utilization and proactively liaise with Production, Procurement, Purchasing, and MC teams to prioritize work.
  • Accomplish logistic operations by recruiting, selecting, training and coaching staffs.
  • Being responsible for the logistic department budget and key performance indicators.
  • Drive continuous improvement activities in quality, cycle times, process improvement, and machine availability through lean techniques, and add value to enhance the capability of existing processes and eliminate waste.

  • Lead the store team in investigating PC errors or problems using systematic problem-solving and statistical analysis tool (E.g.: PSS, 8D) and implement effective corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Comply with all ISO requirements including all standards approved by the Management and adhere to general safety practices, standard operating procedures, work instructions, policies, and guidelines provided by the company.
  • Perform duties and assignments as instructed by superiors from time to time.

Working Experience

  • At least 5 – 8 years of working experience in the related field and ERP system.
  • Possess a Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Degree in any field of study or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
  • Must possess a strong leadership skill and able to lead the entire store operations.
  • Hands-on experience on ERP system, knowledge of good data analytics, and troubleshooting skills. Proficiency in software to track inventory characteristics, types, and movement.
  • Analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong knowledge of industrial, manufacturing, or lean manufacturing operational excellence methodologies.

  • Able to demonstrate working experience within a manufacturing environment.

  • Experience in continuous improvement and knowledge of lean manufacturing.

  • Good communication skills.

Assistant Store Supervisor

Responsibility

  • Monitor store activities.
  • Receive and check incoming material.
  • Maintain and practice good housekeeping in store.
  • Issue material to production according to orders.
  • Monitor the RTV material.
  • Support inventory store count.
  • Perform duties and assignments as instructed by superiors from time to time.

Requirements

  • Possess Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of working experience
  • Experience in operating Forklift and lift truck
  • Computer literate
